  • Withdrawal from the contract

    In case of withdrawal from the contract, the buyer is entitled to a refund or exchange for another product. The price is returned to the buyer upon receipt of the product, and after it is determined that the product is undamaged, in the original packaging, with all accessories and accompanying documentation.     Upon receipt of the product, it will be determined whether the product is correct and undamaged. The customer is responsible for defects or damage to the product, ie. the buyer is solely responsible for the impaired value of the product that arises as a result of handling the goods in a way that is not adequate, ie exceeds what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functionality. If it is determined that a defect or damage to the product has occurred through the fault of the buyer, the refund of the price will be refused and the product will be returned to him at his expense.

    The costs of returning the goods and money are borne by the buyer, except in cases when the buyer receives a defective or incorrect item in relation to the ordered one. For our part, we undertake that, immediately upon receipt and inspection of the goods returned on the basis of withdrawal from the contract, we will refund the funds paid for the returned goods.

  • Refund procedure

    Contact us by phone at 065 / 209-8638 or email us at prodaja@dokuce.rs with information on the order number that arrived with the goods, your dinar checking account number and the name of the bank where you have the specified account. As soon as you submit the necessary data, documentation will be created which will be forwarded to you with the refund procedure to the e-mail address you left when creating the order.

  • Important notes

    - Refunds are made exclusively in the above manner, by payment to the dinar checking account and it is not possible to send money by courier in cash.
    - In case of return of goods or refund to a customer who has previously made a payment to one of the payment cards, in part or in full, and regardless of the reason for return, the online store DoKuće is obliged to make a refund exclusively via VISA, EC / MC and Maestro payment methods. This means that the bank will, at the request of the seller, refund the funds to the cardholder's account.

    Each replacement package will be sent at the customer's expense, at the price of one postage, and according to the official price list of our delivery service. The buyer pays the postage in cash to our courier who will pick up the goods for replacement. You cannot send the goods to the addresses listed on the bill of lading without prior contact and agreement with the operators and / or sellers in our online store (contact details above). Each such package will be returned to the sender at the expense of the sender.
